Factions are a new feature I am implementing to allow people to play how they want with the universe we provide. Sure, we have the Purple Pants Army, and the soon to be Intergalactic Empire, but these allow for Earth countries and groups to go to war and claim land or band together to fight greater evils. With the lack of a Z-Fighter group, this is how the heroes will band together, economically, and strength wise.

- Factions require you to start them in character within a thread or solo. You must have an actual reason to start this faction or group, and have it checked by a mod to get approval on the reasoning behind owning said faction.
- Owning a Faction is not pointless, as Factions have a number of bonuses. Approved Factions that have been confirmed and placed on the Faction list will gain a wage count. This is the amount of Zeni the people within the Faction gain on a weekly basis. Now, you cannot join a Faction strictly for the money, as their are requirements of certain Factions (Made IC, or Canon) that you must fulfill, or you are considered a Deserter. People who are considered a deserter are open game to Faction head hunting. This is a rule that will be further explained below.
- When a Faction member goes rogue, there are usually two options the leader has to deal with the problem. They can remove the person from the group, and then assign a Head Hunt on the character who has betrayed the Faction. A Head Hunt request must be confirmed by a Moderator, and when confirmed, anyone within this Faction the has requested the Head Hunt can seek after their opponent and attempt to kill them. They still must follow DE rules and open a DE to attack and kill the betrayer. If they succeed, they are given a sum of money by the Moderators, as a "Revenge Bonus". This is to lessen the number of people joining Factions for the paycheck, and to lessen the number of people who decide to have Severe Backstab Syndrome.
- Factions that have been created can attempt to take an area on the map for themselves, forming a nation. They must PM an Admin (not a Moderator) the name of this country, and what quadrant they will be placed, as well as make the [OPEN SAGA DE]. A whole group of Faction members can join the DE as back up, and not force it to become a full thread. As long ass they don't join to oppose another person, the thread can still end peacefully.
- Factions will have their own board specifically for their faction that only they can access. Faction members will be added to their respective faction's group, which can access this board. This allows a little bit of secrecy among the groups. Admins and Head Moderators will attempt to try and stay out of important groups as to not ruin the secrecy of the groups.
These boards follow the normal site rules and must not show any form of NSFW art or works. Admins will inspect Faction groups to see nothing is going against site rules. - A Faction owned land is added into a specific sub-board for their group. An example being a sub-board in the North Quadrant which has the claimed territory in it as sub-boards. This is temporary and can change via another SAGA, or if the group openly tells an Admin they are relinquishing their rights over claimed land. Once a change happens after relinquishing land, they cannot go back on this, and must do another SAGA to claim this land again.
